R.I.P. Commander Kupczyk

We learned that the Chicago Police Department lost one of its beloved leaders, Commander John Kupczyk was taken suddenly on Saturday, 21 January 2012.  Commander Kupczyk was a friend and loyal supporter of the Chicago Police Enforcers.  Whenever the Enforcers needed a hand from him, he was able to help us.  He will be missed by his family, friends, and those who worked with him and for him.  Rest in Peace Commander, thank you for all you did for those around you.

CPD Enforcers are Looking for Players!

The Enforcers are entering their seventh season of play in the National Public Safety Football League (NPSFL). The NPSFL (www.npsfl.com) is made up of 27 public safety teams from throughout the country including the Chicago Fire Department. All teams play full contact football using NCAA rules during a 4 to 5 game schedule. These public safety teams are comprised exclusively of Police, Fire, EMS and rescue personnel. All teams in the NPSFL play to raise money for charity. The Enforcers roster is open to Full Time-Sworn Police only.

Enforcer Administration Changes for the 2012 season

Recently, Joe Perilli indicated a desire to step down from the position of President of the Administration for the Organization. Joe has been moved to a new position in the department that has made his ability to be available for the requirement of this position very difficult. Joe has expressed that he would like to continue to be involved in assisting in the organization in any capacity we can find for him, but he does not feel he can meet the requirements of the teams presidency.
