CPD Enforcers are Looking for Players!
The Enforcers are entering their seventh season of play in the National Public Safety Football League (NPSFL). The NPSFL (www.npsfl.com) is made up of 27 public safety teams from throughout the country including the Chicago Fire Department. All teams play full contact football using NCAA rules during a 4 to 5 game schedule. These public safety teams are comprised exclusively of Police, Fire, EMS and rescue personnel. All teams in the NPSFL play to raise money for charity. The Enforcers roster is open to Full Time-Sworn Police only. While the team maintains its identity and is largely comprised of members of the Chicago Police Department, our roster does allow membership from agencies and municipalities outside of our department. This includes: CCSP, CC Sheriff’s, CC Jail personnel, ISP and Suburban Police Departments.
There will be a mandatory meeting at the Chicago Police Academy, 1300 W. Jackson, on Tuesday, November 8th, 2011 @ 7pm, for ALL NEW AND RETURNING PLAYERS.
