Enforcer Administration Changes for the 2012 season
Recently, Joe Perilli indicated a desire to step down from the position of President of the Administration for the Organization. Joe has been moved to a new position in the department that has made his ability to be available for the requirement of this position very difficult. Joe has expressed that he would like to continue to be involved in assisting in the organization in any capacity we can find for him, but he does not feel he can meet the requirements of the teams presidency.
Joe Perilli has been a critical member of the Enforcers and stepped up and assumed the role of the president when we first began to put into place the administrative and organizational roles for this team. Joe has lead by example. He's worked hard and NEVER expected anything in return for his efforts. As a grateful organization, we want to say thank you Joe. We are the success we are today largely due in part to your leadership!
The Board of Directors have appointed Tim Kusinski to take over as Team President. Joe will replace John Curry as General Manager and assist in anything Tim asks of him.
Tim Kusinski has been with us from the start as well. The Board is confident in his decision making abilities and knows he will bring some fresh ideas to the primary leadership position for the future of the administrative aspect of the team. Congrats to Tim and we look forward to seeing what he has in store for us.
Additionally, The Board has also decided to fill the administrative role of VP of Marketing/Public Relations vacated by Tim's promotion with Tom O'Connor. Tom joined us 2 years ago, bringing his coaching abilities to the team and since then has demonstrated not only an eagerness to get involved in the senior administrative roles but also a keen sense how to get things done in a pinch. Tom will take the helm and guide us into our next level of expansion.
These changes are important to the operation of the organization. There is a significant amount of work that goes on behind the scenes before any games or events happen. These are the people that make things run smoothly at the games and events.
The administrative staff works very hard to ensure we remain one of the most respected members of the NPSFL! Not to mention the best Public Safety Football Team in Chicago! We are eagerly looking forward to our 2012 season.
