John curry named new head coach
greg zaragoza to take position as general manager
Dan Dugan steps down from board (retirement?)
On August 17th, at the completion of the Annual Awards Banquet, the board of directors announced the appointment of John Curry to the position of Head Coach for the Enforcers. John is an original member of the Enforcers and has served in a number of roles including chairman, assistant coach and player. His playing and coaching background both at the high school and college level will be key in continuing the success of this proud program.
John becomes the 3rd HC in team history and takes over after Greg Zaragoza advised the board of his desire to move to another role in the organization.
Greg departs with an overall record of 25-14 while going 22-11 in 8 seasons of NPSFL play which includes the 2011 DII Championship. Greg will assume the duties of GM.
Additionally, it was announced the Dan Dugan would also be stepping down from his position on the Board of Directors. Dan has been a board member for 10 years and in part because of his guidance and intuition the Enforcers have been able to establish itself as one of the premier organizations in the NPSFL. Dan is a retired Deputy Superintendent from CPD and currently serves as a Regional Deputy Chief for the AMTRAK Police Department. Hopefully a well deserved retirement from a career well served is around the corner. We thank Dan for everything he has done!
